The exterior of the car was not completely clean. Budget told me that they were not allowed to use water to wash their cars in DC. This struck me as a bit odd, given that I live in DC and had not heard about such restrictions.2.8 Poor

A written, verbal, or video overview of the car safety and new mechanical features. New cars have changed so much in just the past few years. Foremost would be the blind-spot warning detector, adaptive cruise control and CVT (transmission) manual downshifting (very important in mountainous terrain)10.0 Wonderful

In my opinion, this is a really difficult spot to find! I could not for the life of me figure out where to drop off the car. Only one sign led to a back street with no additional directional signs at all. It was very confusing. This location needs more signage or at least someone outside directing folks where to go for drop off. I ended up parking in what I think was a hotel parking garage, in front of two parked cars because I drove around for 10 minutes and finally gave up.Dollar
