Returned the car, was assured I would receive a confirmation email regarding the timely (early) return of the vehicle but still haven't gotten it. Car was filled with gas, no new scratches or damage but the guy taking the cars was busy and just took the key and said I'd get an email.Reviewed 15 Mar 2026

The employee was wonderful. The car was clean and new, but we booked a midsize SUV and got a ‘Kicks’ that was uncomfortable and so small my husband and my elbows were bumping each other over the center console . My real issue is the up charging. I paid ahead of time online to save some money, and when we arrived, they tacked on $400+ of extra fees for tolls, another driver, etc. It honestly felt like a huge scam.Reviewed 15 Mar 2026

I never been to a car rental place that checks your credit when i'm paying up front. Deny me a rental because of bad credit. I'm spreading the word never deal with ACE. I'VE BEEN TO OVER A HUNDRED CAR.RENTALS, NO ONE EVER DIDCA CREDIT CHECK. IM PAYING UP FRONT. ACE IS THE WORSE.Reviewed 10 Mar 2026

I paid for and booked for Hyundai Tuscon or similar but I got Mitsubishi Outlander. Car was ok but no CarPlay or no Navigation system. It’s very hard to drive without navigation in unknown place.Reviewed 24 Feb 2026

I would never rent from Ace. Read the reviews. They allow you to book a vehicle and they cancel on you the same day. We arrived in Hawaii and received a voicemail that they no longer had a vehicle for us. Completely unacceptable.Reviewed 21 Feb 2026
