I was disappointed. They were sold out of the type car i reserved so tried to give an “upgrade” to a vehicle I wasn’t comfortable driving. They gave me a car that was so beat up it probably shouldn’t have been on the road. I would not use them again.Reviewed 26 Oct 2025

Check in was terrible. Long line and over two hours to finally get the car. Everything after that was smooth. Car return again was delayed 15 -20 minutes before an employee finally saw us and came to check us out. Nice car. Would rent there againReviewed 29 Sept 2025

Very good. But the car was not the one reserved and not ACE problem. The problem was Kayak I reserve a Kia or a similar car, but in the small letters said the car is not guaranty.
