Spoke to kayak rep before driving an hour to pick up the rental and he assured me I could rent it with a debit card as I was traveling and didn’t have my credit card. I got there just before close to be turned away by Alamo reps who were rude and unhelpful. I will never use kayak or Alamo again.Reviewed 18 Feb 2025

The staff at Alamo were very friendly and helpful! They showed me multiple options for my rental vehicle. The return process was also super-easy.Reviewed 30 Nov 2023

The driver's seat (cloth) stunk, and made my clothes stink. This should have been caught before renting out.Reviewed 7 Nov 2023
