Agent was great at desk. When we got to car pick up we were offered an Audi SUV. Even though it was only a year old it was quite used. Also very uncomfortable seats to drive in. We drove a lot and not suitable for it. Also no charger for phones unless you had an older one. Radio not that wonderful either. Had rented and paid for a luxury vehicle that one had it in name only. Not pleased.Reviewed 21 Oct 2024

It was easy, very friendly managers, kiosk or a manager and the kiosk guy was trying to make the line go fast and sort everybody to speed up the process.Reviewed 21 Oct 2024

I went to Cozumel, Mexico and had not book any transportation yet, because we would like to check the situation first and decide to get car, taxi, scooter or other possible transportations. We decided to rent a car, however with local vendors we need to hassle and bargain, and it’s not cheap. I ended up book a car online (using Kayak, offered by Expedia). It had fair price, payment was done online and we got decent car for the price. with local car rental, i would get car without door or manual car. Altho it looks cool and hip, but it’s raining here and there, so I’m glad we got small sedan - with AC and we got automatic car too! Thanks Alamo Cozumel! we had pleasant trip and service :)Reviewed 20 Oct 2024

Very good. The only area for improvement was the highest level of insurance costs approximately 70 euros per day.Reviewed 19 Oct 2024
