I liked that there was a representative asking questions about our rentals as we exited the building to the parking lot. She looked at our paperwork and pointed at the cars that worked for the rental. We were free to choose what we liked. It turned out my options were large SUV and I asked the lady if I could have something smaller and it wasn’t a problem. I loved that! I chose a GMC and enjoyed the car immensely.Reviewed 27 July 2026

Very good last minute prices. The cleanliness of the car wasn't great, especially inside. But the workers were nice and the rental experience was seamless. Picking up and dropping off at Boston airport is a challenge, but Alamo can't be blamed for that.Reviewed 24 July 2026

The pickup and drop-off address I was given was incorrect. I arrived early and after no storefront opened, I called Alamo. The 1st Alamo representative I spoke to could not resolve, and left a message for the Rental location manager. I called Alamo a second time, and that agent told me no cars would be available. I randomly went to (what I thought was another random rental car company - business name: Nippon), and by sheer luck, this was the original location I was supposed to go to, as they also supported Alamo. Summary: Wrong pickup/dropoff address on my contract and poor on phone customer serviceReviewed 21 July 2026
