Fast and exceptional service
Pros: Our flight was delayed and we got in pretty late. There was one woman working with quite a long line and got everyone in and out quickly with a warm smile and positive attitude. Helped to make a frustrating day so much better. I wish all agents could be like her.

Despite Reservations, Still delay in getting car
Pros: Free gas for their error
Cons: Had reservations but had to wait 30 minutes for my rental which wasn't what I ordered & staff lady was rude(she got overwhelmed b/c many others didn't have their cars ready either)

Cons: leaking tire needed to be filled with air every day- who sends a car out with a tire that leaks, given that the car itself gives an error message when it was turned on. inside of windows was filthy- had obvioulsy been wiped with a dirty rag. i could barely see - had to stop and buy glass cleaner

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The credit card was requered to get the car. What should people who don't have credit cards do? You pay for the car, get the protection and cannot rent tthe car. Rediculous!

More trouble than it was worth
Pros: The car worked. That's about as far as I can go.
Cons: First we had pre-purchased insurance through Allianz. Somehow we got charged again by Alamo. We didn't notice this until we had driven away, so we had to make a half-hour drive back to rectify it. Upon our return, the person who checked the car charged us $30 for gas although I had filled the tank just before returning. He told me he couldn't correct the bill, so once again I had to go back into the terminal and stand in line to get that taken care of. Not a good experience.

Cons: I an not able to speak with anyone thru the phone. I tried the 800 number and I had an issue with the flight, and I could not speak with anyone. NOT acceptable.
