Front desk girl was not so friendly. Didn’t give clear instructions no paperwork was given she seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Asked for my drivers license and a card so I gave it to her. Then she gave me a #k6 didn’t know what that meant so I asked what it means she just looks at me like I’m dumb and says that’s where the car is parked…um ok so I went but I didn’t even get paperwork I didn’t sign anything. We booked online with kayak, but when we got to the Avis ticket counter, they said they didn’t honor same day booking site reservations, and refused to provide a car for us. We ended up having to go with budget, which ended up being cheaper anyway.Reviewed 15 Aug 2026

We had a very negative experience. We dropped off our car at 5:00 am when they were closed and they are now claiming damage to our vehicle that was not there when we dropped off the car. I would not recommend using this company at all.Reviewed 12 Aug 2026
