Smooth process. Car functioned acceptably. They tried to run a scam for me to pay for pre-existing damages. Asked for proof at time of pickup, then moved the goal posts twice before outright rejecting video as proof(?). Forcing me to go through escalation process and/or insurance.Reviewed 3 July 2026

The lady at the book in desk was full of attitude - complaining to a colleague about a negative review!! I’ve never experienced anything like this from a service based company - I won’t be renting from Avis in Atlanta again… The car was well used - scratched and stained on the upholstery - but it did the required journey without any problems.
