I hited through a 3rd party and ended up paying a substantial amount for wsiver cover or something similar as well as leaving a charge on the card. I was not informed of this at time of pickup. The girl at the checkin was very polite and friendly but i feel i sould hsve been made aware of this. I have used budget a lot over the years and this was my first bad experience.Reviewed 14 Oct 2026

Avis was so great and affordable, even upgraded me to a nice car that worked a lot better for me. Very reasonably priced as well, great, easy policies. Huntsville was a little backed up/busy and had to wait in a pretty long line to get my car but was appreciative that there were no issues with the reservation and a nice car!Reviewed 13 Oct 2026

Your employees were too notch! So helpful and personable! Very appreciated. Went above and beyond for us - with Disabilty. Drop off was excellent. It is so nice to work with kind people. PLEASE GET RID OF NEW PICK UP ROUTINE! After waiting on line to get the car assigned, I was handed the receipt as usual and was expecting to walk right up to my car and drive away. Instead I was met with another line when I got up to the parking garage. I had to wait an additional 15mins for someone to walk me 10 ft to my rental. And express checkout at the gate was also glitchy! An attendant had to override the system to let me out. Sometimes new tech makes things worse.Reviewed 10 Oct 2026
