My husband had made the car reservation for me. He asked for pick up and drop off at Knoxville airport. After I waited in line for about an hour, I was told I had to go to the Avis location in town. After a $25.00 Uber ride, I got an upgrade that I didn't want. My husband ordered a compact car, but presumable it was not available. There was no one there to check our car in when we arrived at SeaTac. That made me a little nervous until I received the charge on my card for the service.
