Pros:
The pick up location (And drop off) were not at the airport, but at a remote location that required us to Uber to that location from the airport for an additional expense.Cons:
Hertz itself was fine, but Kayak should have highlighted that the rental location was not on the airport property.2.0 Poor

Pros:
Service was very friendly. I really liked that they called to make sure we are coming and when I called back to let them know we would be 20 minutes, they were very helpful. Very personable. They had a solution for our return. It gave us the necessary flexibility to return the car. Even though returning the car and leaving it parked on the street was a little nerve-racking but it all worked out. Car was exactly what we needed and what was promised. Thank youuuuu6.0 Okay

I liked the price, and the staff at offsite location were nice.Cons:
I did not like the fact that it wasn't brought to my attention that the rental car was offsite and the airport location did not offer a shuttle to the offsite location. The taxis at the airport wanted an outrageous amount to go to the offsite location which was only a 1 and a half away! We used Uber to pick up the car and a friend picked us up when we dropped off the car and took us to the airport. Had I known the rental car was located off site I would have paid more just for the convenience of picking up the car at the airport. The cars at the offsite were not very clean on the outside and the cleanliness of the inside of the car was mediocre.10.0 Wonderful
