Jekyll and Hyde... As I entered the building all 4 employees sprung from their chairs to welcome me. It was weird, but a nice gesture. I returned the car and was met by a pissed off guy who was just a dick. I won't use enterprise again.Cons:

Pros:
I had the worst possible experience. Hertz, Priceline, and Kayak allowed me to book a car for pickup at noon. I arrived at the Hertz location and was told it closed at noon, so they would not give me my car. I received no communication of this. What a horrible experience.Cons:

The value was good. The vehicle was comfortable (a Dodge mini-van).Cons:
We had to wait for over 1.5 hours to pick up the vehicle, as the car was not clean when we arrived for pickup. They supposedly had to wash it and clean out the inside. The outside was done with what looked like a muddy rag.Thrifty
