The Staff at Pick-Up and Drop-off were professional and very nice.

Cons:

The car was dirty, low on oil and wind shield fluid when we picked it up.

Rolinda (sorry if I misspelled) was very friendly, helpful and professional, much appreciated!!

Cons:

Had to pay $10 extra for a vehicle that better suited our needs, just felt that the vehicle I reserved was closer to the one I had to pay the upgrade fee on.. aside from that it was a great experience.
