Great efficient service. I did not get the vehicle that I wanted (electric) however it would have been available had I waited a bit. I said I was indifferent so it worked out. The steering wheel was crooked however the vehicle drove fine. Must have needed a wheel alignment.Reviewed 4 Sept 2026

I live in Canada and was on a Canadian site. Nowhere during the booking process did it state American funds. When I picked the rental up, the agent stated the approximate price I said that was incorrect. She then immediately told me that it was in US funds. Obviously this happens often since she didn’t have to ask me any more questions and knew exactly why the price was higher without me explaining anything further. The car was booked in Canada and picked up in Canada. This is a very deception way to get people to choose your rental over another since there are many companies to choose from. Shame on you. The pickup process was horrible. It took 2 hours to get my car. The pickup system is confusing. There was a desk for pickup but they directed us to a stand in the parking structure. Car I booked wasn’t available explanation was no payment no guarantee so we have to settle for whatever is available. The car we got was mustang red EV outside was obviously repainted with poor paint job worked on and inside there was sign of spillage all over.Reviewed 2 Sept 2026
