Pros:It's honestly hard for me to think of something I liked. The lady who picked us up from the airport was nice. Overall it was horrible.Cons:It says they are at the airport, but they are actually 20 minutes from the airport, after you have to wait 20-30 minutes for them to pick you up. Coming back to the airport you need to factor in at least an hour because they only have one small shuttle and you do not know where it will be in route.Reviewed 17 June 2019

Cons:Shuttle never showed up at airport to pick up because my pickup time was close to closing. Reservation had incorrect phone for car rental place. Number was to a local hotel, therefore getting direct contact with car rental was a hassle. Had to book a car with different company at airport.Reviewed 6 May 2019

I would gladly pay more elsewhere for a rental carPros:I liked that we were able to have unlimited driving allowance. It was a bonus having a vehicle with command start.Cons:The vehicle didn't have bluetooth. The windshield had cracks in it and continued to crack as small chunks of snow hit the windshield (it was a Jeep). When I booked the rental, I received a detailed invoice stating I would be charged $137 CAD but when I went to pick up the car, I was charged $178 CAD. When I brought it up, I was told I had to call in to the website which was closed. It was upsetting ever since we picked up the car. I would not recommend Economy Rent a Car to anyone. I would gladly pay more to have a better experience at just about any other rental agency.Reviewed 9 Dec 2018

This company is okayPros:The price is very good, and the staff was friendly. They even called the night before to see what time I landed and asked for my flight info going over what their pickup process was going to be.Cons:This company takes a while to pick you up and get you to their offsite location (20-30 min) which is a small room inside a hotel. The car didn’t have enough windshield washing fluid which could have made the trip up the mountains very dangerous if I didn’t catch it while I was still near civilization. They were very picky while checking the condition of the car with me. Had me use my phone flashlight as it was dark out so they could write down ever scratch and chip on the body (and there ended up being a considerable amount) which makes me glad that I took the insurance (who knows if they missed a tiny scratch?) The vehicle was past due on an oil change for over 2,000 km at the time of pick up. My reservation was for a Toyota rav 4 or similar ( I love Toyota’s) and their only options were a dodge pickup truck, or 3 types of kia’s.Reviewed 14 Nov 2018

Cons:At seats were not super clean. Shuttle was not at the airport when we arrived as they had said they would be. Waited for a while then called and had to wait again - rather disappointing when they confirmed our arrive time and said they would be there for us.Reviewed 5 Nov 2018

Good servicePros:Good value and the 3 staff members I dealt with were professional and very nice and friendly. The off-site location is easy to find and access so it's nice to have shuttle pick up/ drop off at door and not have to drag my own baggage from terminal to car rental location at airport. (I didn't need to use their shuttle service after arrival as I rented car second day onto trip, only for return). First time renting from this company and have rebooked for next trip. Had found a great rate online with another rental company prior and they were able to beat that rate. Will see how well shuttle service works. Be sure to have their phone number handy when you arrive.Cons:The pick up and drop off location are not at airport however they do provide shuttle service. Had I not shown up with excessive time to get to airport I could have been late. Ended up sharing shuttle with a couple with a lot of baggage (they were moving) and there was barely enough room for all of us in shuttle van.Reviewed 28 Sept 2017
