Good experiencePros:They vehicle was nice specially since it was going to snow. I drive a small car older car overall it was great just a couple of issue just because of me being new in a new car and the snow.Cons:I wasn't told in the beginning how the car works. I didn't know about the push start or that the emergency break is on automatically after you out the gear in park or where the emergency break was. Also, they told me it was going to snow but there was no snow brush so when it did snow I had to use my sleeve and my hand to try and get rid of a lot of snow.Reviewed 10 Apr 2018

Great Service at a Great PricePros:Rented a midsize SUV, for two weeks, in western Canada. Speedy service at the check-in counter and then met by an agent at the pick-up site. Showed us to the car, assisted in the usual pre-rental review of the car and offered direction to out first destination. Then we received a welcome email from the local manager, including where the closest gas station was when we returned the car. Equally courteous greeting and assistance at the return. Probably the best service I have ever experienced when renting a car. No complaints at all with the car - was just what we wanted. Yes, all was exactly as the reservation specificed. Very professionalPros:No lines, knowledgeable and professional staff, offered me a bottle of water, took me out to the car and went over the way they check for damage (a bit over the top on that). At that point we discovered they had mistakenly booked the car as a round trip when I'd reserved one way, not a problem and promptly fixed.Cons:The review of how they checked for damage was a bit over the top.
