Cons:I had a flat tire just one hour after the rent and the company didn’t have another car available and we spent 5 hours in the street then after 20 time trying to reach the company they told us to take a taxi to our home and they will pay it back and send a new car to our home which didn’t happenReviewed 19 Aug 2019

Pros:Vehicle was great. Navigation was definitely a perk to the vehicle as we had never visited Germany before. Stop off was easy with good location.Cons:Not enough vehicles available. We had reserved a compact automatic 2 months in advance to avoid the problems we experienced. Staff was friendly but had us wait over a hour until we finally said we would take a manual compact so we could get on the road. This limited our possible drivers to 1.Reviewed 10 June 2019
