Pros:Staff was friendly and pickup and drop off was also fast and easy.Cons:We were told we got the last full size car which would have been a huge problem since we had 4 people and lots of luggage. So thankful they didn’t try to give us a smaller car.Reviewed 24 May 2021

Pros:Staff was exceptional. I was assisted checking in at a kiosk and probably did it in less than five minutes. At the drop off, I was done in about the same time. I should have taken longer because I left my prescription glasses in the car. But they found them and contacted me before id even had time to file a claim.Cons:I dislike the USB connection in the car (I know: a manufacturer’s problem). The unit never communicated adequately with my iPhone, wouldn’t display my map, and insisted on playing my music in alphabetical order, starting over each time I started the car.Reviewed 18 Oct 2019

Cons:After driving away from the airport and turning down the high level of A/C set by the Enterprise, we smelled Cigarette SMOKE in the car and there were soiled spots on the back seat. I called and got a reference #.Reviewed 19 June 2019

Pros:Not much really.Cons:The car had a lot of scratches on it and smelled like smoke. When I booked the reservation I wasn’t aware that the location wasn’t at the airport. When I dropped the car off I had to pay for an Uber because that location has no courtesy shuttle.Reviewed 5 June 2019

Pros:The staff at this location were friendly and thoughtful. There were 4 of us traveling together for the first part of our trip, and 2 at another, so we booked a smaller car. They wanted to ensure we had enough room for us all, and upgraded us to a perfect sized SUV.Cons:They are off airport, but it was a quick $10 Lyft ride (about 10 minutes total), and unlike the on airport location(s) there was no waiting, and we were driving off 5 minutes after arriving at their lot. Worth the $ savings too - this is a 100% positive review!Reviewed 19 Feb 2019
