Cons:The rental agency entered the wrong time for return, am vs pm... Also did not have available the car class booked, a Toyota Corolla vs the requested VW Jetta, a standard rental vs a compact rental, still charged as a standard rental did not even mention they didn't have the proper car. Just a disappointing rental in general, even if the car was nice, it was not what was booked.Reviewed 1 June 2021

Pros:The staff was great and very friendly. All interactions were positive!Cons:Would be nice to see exactly how much you'll be paying before you drop off your car. There are lots of little fees and add-ons that add up once you see your final statement after dropping off the car. Pros:No one wanted to help me out ,i made a reservation because my flight was canceled and they did not want to give me a car because i was taking it to texas so they proceeded to help evry other customers with cars and then they made me wait longer for cars to come in and they had plenty of cars ,horrible experience i will not be coming back due to this and when i tried to call the branch i couldnt get ahold of no one to nake a changeReviewed 20 Feb 2021
