I made a reservation for a passenger van. This was clearly confirmed by Kayak. When I arrived, they only had a cargo van. The first person I spoke to was helpful, and said they could convert my reservation to a suitable car for a small additional payment. Although this was not what I ordered, it was an acceptable compromise in the circumstances. When he took the matter to his supervisor, the supervisor was rude and dismissive, and said "Sir, your cargo van is over here. Let's go". I got charged almost $90 extra dollars and when I asked for help I was told “idk it’s above my pay grade”….i have 4 kids..I can’t play about my money.
