CHECK CLOSING TIME! We booked the car for a 2pm pick-up, and this Enterprise closed at 2pm so I'm not sure why that was even an option. I was Ubering from Provo to get this Enterprise with 5 kids in tow. We arrived a few minutes late, and there was nobody there. Which meant we were stranded, and needed to get back to Boise that day. Ended up having to dish out more than $500 to get a car and get back to Boise. Yes, we should have been on time to our pick-up, unfortunately, circumstances didn't allow it. But again, I'm not sure why they would allow us to set a 2pm pick-up if they were closing at 2pm. Maybe this is a KAYAK problem.Reviewed 5 Jan 2026

I booked sedan car but at the pick time, they gave me compact SUV, which is not what I booked for. When I asked to get my sedan, customer service representative said they don’t have sedan. Fuel tank was so small in the car that I had to stop in every city to have enough fuel to reach my next stop. Didn’t worth my money at all. Also the price difference, when I booked, it showed me around $90 including daily rate and other fee, but when I went to pick up the car, they said its for $122. I had no other option than paying it. I would not recommend to anyone else.Reviewed 4 Jan 2026
