Car was washed and cleaned, which was nice. There were a lot of scratches all over the car. I couldn’t get the agent at the exit gate to come out of the booth and review it with me. Overall pickup seemed rushed, that said everyone at the pickup counter and the parking was professional and friendly. We had problems with the 1st car being a "smoker" experience and a tire and sensor problem. We traded the car in 3 days into a 10-day trip. At the facility in Hartford, they only had a size smaller car which was not what I was paying for but had no choice. They attempted to make some accommodations regarding fuel which was appreciated. When I turned the car in however, the agent listened and treated me with respect and made a financial adjustment to my satisfaction. I will return to Enterprise because the agent did an excellent job to make me happy.Reviewed 6 Oct 2025

I was overcharged by USD 231 from the initial estimate. I was not also sent/emailed/given a final receipt itemizing the proposed excessive charges above the original estimate. Now I have to contact my credit card company to dispute the over charges.Reviewed 4 Oct 2025
