Everything went great until it came time to drop the car off in Leesville. The drop off location had one employee working. When I arrived, there were 7 people ahead of me already waiting. She did the best she could, and did it with a smile on her face, but it took nearly 45 minutes for her just to be able to get to me, for a drop off that took less than 10 seconds to do. To staff this place with 1 person, alone, is absolutely absurd and laughable.Reviewed 9 Sept 2025

The car was filthy, needed an oil change, so we paid more for gas due to this. The android auto connection would not stay connected due to a faulty or damaged c type charge port. I have photos of the filth we were given as a "clean car" from a place with "high standards" i was made to feel like a dishonest person who was intending on not returning the car and was offered a mere 30 dollars off as restitution. I will never rent from enterprise again. 0/10 stars.Reviewed 6 Sept 2025

I was utterly and completely disappointed and disgusted with them. Hidden fees made the process impossible and nearly ruined everything we had planned. Dump them and find another business to make money from because Enterprise are nothing but grifters.Reviewed 5 Sept 2025
