Everything went great… when we got to shuttle pick up area at airport the shuttle literally pulled right up. When we got to the rental facility there was no wait.. we upgraded to a convertible and got a great deal.. return was also so quick and easy.. there was no issue with deposit or return of deposit.. it was supposed to be a 250 hold and then returned back when car was returned but I didn’t even see the charge on my credit card.. Tra helped us and was amazing!!

I never received a car easirent car rental said they do not have a car for me, even though I received a confirmation number in my email. They said there is nothing they could do. Terrible customer service.

Pickup was offsite. Not at airport. Kayak was unclear about that point. Otherwise, Enterprise bent over backwards to make my experience first rate !
