drop off was easy.Cons:
vehicle was not full of gasoline. ordered a mid-size SUV and was given a 14 passenger van at a higher rate because they did not have a proper size SUV. there was no windshield water. windows were dirty all the way around.8.0 Very Good

Sales woman was overly pushy concerning extra insurance fees and accidental damage fees and other add-on fees to the overall rental fee. Car was dirty upon receipt: Outside was full of a dark pollution dirtiness on the white paint job of the car. Interior needed vacuuming.Payless

If when I booked the rental for RSW airport, the car was actually at the airport. Not 30 miles away and then they charged me more than double what I originally paid. Terrible terrible experience. I would never book through this again. So deceitful.10.0 Wonderful

Ok...where should I start? For starters they didn't have the car I reserved. However, I did start at the wrong Payless location so I will take partial blame. I still feel like they could of provided a better car. The car I received was disgustingly dirty, one headlight was out, and the smell of cigar smoke was awful. I called many times to complain and try to get the headlight fixed, but the customer service was pathetic at best. Never fully understanding my issue. I ended up popping the hood and fixing the headlight myself. I will NEVER.....NEVER EVER NEVER EVER rent through Payless again.Right Cars
