Cons: I added my wife as a driver and was charged $136,00 dollars more to our prepaid booking.!

Pros: Almost new vehicle (camery). Nice styling. Very comfortable for driving up and down east coast.
Cons: I have gotten better deals in the past

Good rental, pre-payment process wasn't clear.
Cons: Only thing I didn't realize when I reserved the rental was that payment was required at the time of reservation and non-cancellable. It wasn't a problem but it wasn't clearly spelled out until after the reservation was confirmed and my card was charged. Otherwise everything was as expected.

Pros: Service provided by the location was excellent. They went over & beyond to make sure i was satisfied with the rental car. Cheapest price & the best mini van available. Superb experience!
Cons: All cars should have Easy Tag so that if a customer wants to buy one, they are not turned down because of the unavailability of the tag itself.

Flight canceled not willing to work with on changes w/o $300 fee
Cons: Not helpful in extending our lease and drop off location because our flight was canceled due to weather and the flight we could get didn't leave until the next day at a completely different airport. We got the run around when trying to find out what to do with our car. We ended up having to return our car to the airport were our flight was canceled and luckily we had family that could meet us at pick us up and take us to the other airport the following day. The $300 change fee was excessive if we didn't follow through with our original reservation

Ehhh.. just mediocre all around.
Pros: The pickup and drop off service was fairly quick.
Cons: The car smelled like smoke, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. I could not get in touch with a representative from the Baltimore location after calling over 15 times and having to talk with a manager at the central location, who also could not get in touch with the Baltimore lovation. The car was not vacuumed before I received it. Prices for extending the rental for one more day were absurdly high (approximately $100/day as compared to the $25/day when booking online).

Cons: Car was dirty and smelled. Inspection on car was expired. Had to take the car to another rental spot and exchange. My time and my gas to do that. New car was not full of gas. Attendant said gauge broken but when I filled it...worked fine. No apology .... nothing for my trouble. I will avoid Hertz completely. Too many other car companies.

Pros: Car was great as was the service to pick it up and return. we would definitely rent from Hertz again.

Cons: Agent didn't put my Hertz number in the record even after I asked her to. Car had high mileage.

Cons: hard sell for expensive options at pick-up, leading to loss of confidence that the clerk had my best interests at heart. I ended up buying the full tank of gas even though my destination was only 30 miles away and used just a quarter tank; it would have been nice for her to help me figure out the best option rather than push for expensive add-ons.

exactly what i wanted/expcted
Pros: easy pickup process, clean, new-ish car. friendly staff
Cons: the closest gas station is 2 miles away from the car rental center. make sure you plan accordingly for drop off (Hertz's prepaid tank deal is good, i did not drive nearly enough to make use of it)

Cons: When I picked my car up from my parking spot, I accidentally got in the wrong car (I was supposed to take the car in spot 402 and when I saw the sign for 401, I assumed 402 was the one next to it when in fact it was the one across from it). While the mistake was mine, the tone of voice of the gentleman at the check out booth was very accusatory. He didn't say anything impolite but his attitude did not make me feel like a welcomed customer and instead like he was a police officer pulling me over and questioning me.

Pros: Smooth from pick up to drop off. Even received an upgrade to full size at no additional cost.

Pros: pick up and drop off were very easy. The vehicle I received was good. It was also a great price. The agent was super nice and friendly.
Cons: I asked for the EZPass but discovered we did not have an EZPass. I'm glad that I looked before we set out so we would were prepared to pay cash. It was the easiest solution instead of trying to exchange it.
