I was told I would have a Jeep. That didn’t happen, but to be treated the way I was at customer service was horrible. I didn't end up getting my car. I waited in line for over an hour, saw them check out less than 10 people, and was then told they didn't have cars available for anyone except the people that had reserved a minivan. I ended up canceling my reservation and booking a car with Enterprise the next day. If at all possible, I'll never use Hertz again.Reviewed 8 July 2024
