Cons:Cigarette ashes all in the vehicle and smelled like cigarette smoke. Hertz in STL is a terrible place to get a rental. Added on costs I wasn’t aware. Customer service was terrible and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone when trying to call about the ashes.
