The room was very good and cosy. The bed was super comfortable. Cool bathroom and a very good shower. The hotel can be a little noisy sometimes but globally the rooms are well noise insulated. Staff is very nice and polite. The only thing to maybe rethink is to have some USBC power sockets or international ones in the rooms also. I recommend this hotel that seems fresh new

Pros (+) The latch on the window in room 362 was broken.thus preventing us from closing the window properly.this in turn let cold air and noise in.we didn’t have time to report this as we checked in an then left for an even,we arrived back late an then noticed the window latch,we left first thing in the morning also

Pros (+) Bathroom was lovely, great shower. Rooms very basic,beds and pillows not that comfy. Close to the DLR.
Cons (-) The fire alarm was set off at 3:30 am, apparently due to someone smoking in there room? !

Cons (-) Water pressure was poor and noisy inconsiderate guests coming in during the night.

Pros (+) Warm, friendly staff, the location (next to Custom House station), free tea & coffee, bottled water in the room and an included fully cooked breakfast (not continental) next morning. Outstanding value for money for London.
Cons (-) It was a crime scene when we came back due to a nearby fatal stabbing!
