It was our first , only 2 days stay in London . Everything was great , the location, cleanliness, staff. We’ve had 2 room that were perfect for our family of 5 . 15 minutes walk to the Imperial War Museum, 10 minutes to Shakespeare Globe , 20-25 minutes walk to Tower Bridge. Definitely recommend !

Cons (-) I booked because it was so close to the airport and had an overnight layover. In the morning, I came down to get a taxi and was told it would be 45 mins! I ended up downloading Uber and it took about 20 mins but this is something that DEFINITELY should have been warned about when checking in (considering my plane ended up taking off about 400 meters from the hotel).
