Pros:
I made my reservation online only two days in advance, and I was able to walk into the rental office and leave with my rented car only a few minutes later! The same representative helped me with pick-up and drop-off, and she was very helpful and professional both times. Also, setting up my reservation through Kayak helped make things simple as well.Cons:
Nothing! I've used another car rental service nearby in Downtown Atlanta, and frankly this Enterprise offered me fewer issues and a better value for my experience. If I need another car rental, I will probably be returning here.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
I never got my car. I put in the atlanta airport and it gave me another location. It was pre rented, (not paid for) and I set the time to pick it up. When I found out the airport was the wrong location, I called the other location and they were closed until Monday. This was Saturday afternoon. So I had no car and had a terrible time getting to my location.Cons:
State on the website clearly that this not an airport location and times should align when they are open to alert you they will be closed.4.0 Mediocre

Somehow my reservation was made to downtown Atlanta. Why? Two different counter people were unbelievably rude. The car was beat up with 38,000 miles on it. Then the location closed before my reservation time was up and they want to charge me $25 more to drop it off at the open airport location. Terrible all around.Thrifty

I reserved a car and went to go pick it and they were closed. I called customer service and nothing. Would be nice if I knew that they were going to be closed and I wouldn’t have paid for a rental.Cons:
