Helpful staff, but the super sneaky and difficult policies really make me never want to rent from this place again. Spirit changed my flight and I had to pay a rebooking fee just to change a couple hours over. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I really didn't enjoy dealing with the whole ordeal. I have to drop off exactly where I picked up otherwise... you guessed it... a fee. Car was not that clean and the handles for seat adjustment were sticky. Gross. If you are fine dealing with a little hassle or potential disappointment for a decent rate, this might be a good fit.10.0 Wonderful

I made my reservation online only two days in advance, and I was able to walk into the rental office and leave with my rented car only a few minutes later! The same representative helped me with pick-up and drop-off, and she was very helpful and professional both times. Also, setting up my reservation through Kayak helped make things simple as well.Cons:
Nothing! I've used another car rental service nearby in Downtown Atlanta, and frankly this Enterprise offered me fewer issues and a better value for my experience. If I need another car rental, I will probably be returning here.4.0 Mediocre

At the Loews Hotel Hertz counter the employee, Randy, was wonderful even under stress. I usually only use Enterprise but Randy made using Hertz a pleasure!Cons:
I did not like that Herts tried to charge me $40 when I could not change my original reservation to start earlier so I canceled that reservation and made a new one for the same dates and pick up and drop off just longer house and upgrade of car. Hurts was going to charge me a $40 cancellation fee.6.8 Okay

I made an off-airport reservation at a midtown Atlanta location. Then, 30 min, later received a call from that location saying---"Don't come, we don't have cars." (And would not have cars the following day, either.) If you know you won't have cars at a location, don't take reservations for cars at that location!Kyte
