The car smelled like marijuana, which is not great since I was using the car to drive a bunch of 7 year olds around. Additionally, we could not use the AC because the air it blew out smelled like molding clothes and sour feet. There is clearly a bacterial issue in the AC system. The pick up and drop off were fine, and the car drove fine as well. The issue of smell and heavy bacteria is my main complaint.

Pros:

I made my reservation online only two days in advance, and I was able to walk into the rental office and leave with my rented car only a few minutes later! The same representative helped me with pick-up and drop-off, and she was very helpful and professional both times. Also, setting up my reservation through Kayak helped make things simple as well.

Cons:

Nothing! I've used another car rental service nearby in Downtown Atlanta, and frankly this Enterprise offered me fewer issues and a better value for my experience. If I need another car rental, I will probably be returning here.

Staff was great. And drop off was easy. I even asked to keep the car for an extra day and was super easy.

Cons:

It’s a little expensive and i had to wait a little at pickup.

Company is very deceitful. There is no way of contacting them. They will over charge your account. Very frustrating. Never renting from them again!!

they guy who checked me in was the besttttt forgot his name unfortunately so positive welcoming friendly also I was running late checking out and the guy who checked me out was also the best! I was so nervous and in a hurry and he really helped

Pros:

Car was nice, staff was nice. Pickup was okay. Drop off was good. Rate was good.

Cons:

Helpful staff, but the super sneaky and difficult policies really make me never want to rent from this place again. Spirit changed my flight and I had to pay a rebooking fee just to change a couple hours over. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I really didn't enjoy dealing with the whole ordeal. I have to drop off exactly where I picked up otherwise... you guessed it... a fee. Car was not that clean and the handles for seat adjustment were sticky. Gross. If you are fine dealing with a little hassle or potential disappointment for a decent rate, this might be a good fit.

Staff was warm and helpful.

Cons:

Car was a bit banged-up, but nothing impactful. Their computer system however would not accept my driver's license. Luckily it would my husband's, or we would have had a real problem.

They did not have any SUVs secondary to a system error and did not tell us about the error until we arrived and offered zero compensation. When we tried to call the company it is set up not to talk to a person. Very frustrating
