Requirement of credit cards for pickup of rentals should be made absolutely clear beforehand. I even had a deposit taken with debit card, only to have been told I must have credit at the day of. I was out of state and had to find another method of transportation home, spending a lot more money and was unable to pick up the vehicle at all.Avis
