We were unable to go to Hawaii because of COVID. They charged us over $700.00 for a car we never used. I will never book thru Priceline or use Thrifty ever again. Trying to talk to them about this was a waste of time. They just kept repeating that the reservation was not cancelable.Cons:
Recognize that the traveler can't foresee state law changes and that charging people for a car they never used is both immoral, bad business practice and pisses people off. I will never use Priceline or Thrifty again. And we travel all over the world.4.0 Mediocre

Pros:
The woman outside checking on reservations was very kind. The billing was not easy to understand. When you place the order it says you were charged the quoted amount. When you are at the counter they give you an additional bill. Seemed to add up to the original amount but was confusing.Cons:
The billing part could have been better. The car was not very clean inside but was a good car and comfortable. The staffing was very understaffed. Three car rental companies inside and only one or two staff. Should be one staff person per car company. Very long wait in line.2.0 Poor

Stop over promising vehicles to so many people!! We should not have had to wait 3 HOURS to get a car we already half paid for. Ridiculous!! When we returned our car, the line was even longer! The car could have been newer and inside less worn. The car had scratches all around the exterior. The worst part were the additional $300 in fees for pickup and drop off of the car after I paid in advance of the car.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Location is NOT at airport - there is NO shuttle. Uber / Lyft are NOT readily available. Must rely on taxi, which is hit or miss from the airport. I had to walk the 1.8 miles from the airport to get to Enterprise before it closed.10.0 Wonderful

They will give your car "away" if you are running late and then only have higher end vehicles that they upsell you on. Happened to several people, seems like a pattern-even though you have a non-refundable deposit -they will give your car away if an hour later than time you designate. Class action anyone?Payless

Pick up and drop off went very smoothly. SUV was adequate and handled the island's roads very well. We had a late arriving flight and the office stayed open past normal hours to accommodate our reservation.Cons:

Car smelled like cat pee almost from the time we drove out. The operation was very small and not what we expected from a front line car rental company - obviously contracted out. Not much inventory to pick from and I felt the professionalism was lacking - would never rent from them again. Our car had major issues. It was 13 years old with 100,00 miles on it. Windshield wipers didn't work, it started to overheat while we were sightseeing, the whole car would shake violently when you braked and the transmission was slipping gears when accelerating from a stop.
