Cons: We had 4 cots in a small sized room.

Cons: Scrambled eggs at breakfast have to be worst ever and the bread seemed to be yesterdays it wasn't fresh but overall for hotel breakfast was ok

Cons: My flight to Madrid was cancelled, so I was unable to stay at the hotel, and Maydrit refused to give me a refund for the room.

Cons: Dining menu was limited to simple menu.

Cons: The shutte service, which is one of the main selling points of an airport hotel, was just about useless. It doesn't run during lunch or dinner, it doesn't run late. It stops at other hotels first, the shutte showed up almost completely full and there were about 20 of us waiting, only three got on. It also costs 20 euro for the 5 min drive to the airport. Better to spend an extra 40 euro and stay at a nicer hotel with its own shuttle.

Cons: Lunch and dinner items from the little cafe next to reception were not so impressive. We ordered a pizza for 10 euro and when it came out it was a microwaved frozen pizza. The cream of mushroom soup (5 euro) was no good either; think primordial.

Cons: When I asked about the morning shuttle I was told it left every half hour. It would've been helpful if the desk had mentioned that there was usually a line and you might have to stand for an hour waiting your turn. I would've come down earlier to be on time at the airport.

Cons: Tricky for families with more than one child- they won't allow more than 3 in any room.

Cons: It is a typical airport hotel catering to the one night stay folks on their way to someplace else. The noise ends at 1am with the last arrivals and starts at 3:30am with the first departures.

Cons: I didn't like that the airport shuttle was full, especially since there was no communication about reserving the shuttle, or needing to get in line early. I had to take a taxi to the airport.

Cons: You could tell it's an airport hotel because the staff are not overly helpful or friendly sand don't tell you about the amenities.

Cons: shuttle is 1st come, 1st serve so lined up at 545 for 6am shuttle there were 7 ahead of us and I asked if there would be room for all. They could not say until the driver told them how many guests had boarded at the other hotel the shuttle serves. We were departing from T4 which is 20-25 minutes away so took a taxi -glad we did -the cost was almost 20 euro but reduced the stress

Cons: Facility needs an ATM.

Cons: No free internet in rooms?? Expensive food

Cons: Charge for wifi. Those days are over.

Cons: Close to airport but extremely difficult to navigate there by car. If you plan to drive in/around Madrid you need to use GPS always!!

Cons: Great place to stay near airport ，breakfast very nice and airport shuttle very useful ！

Cons: Food was EXPENSIVE and not that good. However the bartender was very nice and let me order something else after the paella was AWFUL!

Cons: There was an error in booking plan. We wanted to book from 22 to 24th April and we don't know how the booking was made from 24th to 26th. May be I made a mistake in booking. But when we arrived on 22nd April night and checked in, the reception staff booked us, well we can understand it's late at night and staff can make mistake too. But no one told us until next day morning we finished breakfast and came to reception for some Madrid visit plan. So we ended up paying 190€ more as we wee not booked for 22nd night. If we were told earlier, we would have had choice to go some other place cheaper, but due to negligence of booking, we paid higher price. After all we all are human being and can make mistakes, but why as customer, we paid the higher price? Why hotel didn't give us some concession as it was their mistake too to take us in on wrong booking dates. So overall, I will not think of going to such hotels anymore. Cause the next day, we checked out and found other cheaper hotel and went to stay there and we lost half a day of our trip.

Cons: -Very uncomfortable bed and pillow -long line to check-in even thought I checked in online

Cons: I never received a confirmation of reservation nether from kayak nor from getaroom and when I tried to log in and confirm it from Spain your cyber security geniuses blocked me from entering my profile.

Cons: The shuttle service was a bit untimely for pick up and evening drop off.

Cons: Very long wait for check in. They how many are getting off the shuttle , so prepare for check in. Also, very long ride from airport for an airport property.

Cons: The coffee, the breakfast was poor, the room has no decoration, the toiletries were poor, there was no information about the hotel in the room, or how to contact reception/bar with the phone. The fridge was not working. The shuttle bus was broken and I was not informed, so I waited two and half hours at the airport!
