Pros: The minibar was included in the price of the room. Awesome! A splendid breakfast! Outstanding location!!! All the taps were new. I wanted to take the shower head with me!
Cons: The room was a little smaller than we expected. We were not able to charge our electronic devices while we were outside due to all the power goes off when leaving the room.

Cons: The hotel was quite beautiful but under construction. The workout facility was quite basic but adequate. The room did offer a Nespresso which was a splendid treat. Hotel staff was friendly and went out of the way to help us when one of our family members needed to go to the hospital.

Pros: We completely enjoyed our stay at the Hesperia Madrid. The staff is incredible. They are so helpful and kind. The hotel is a small boutique hotel above the hetic area around the Prado, so it is a bit more quiet. There is a 4 star restaurant in the hotel. We had a beautiful room on a high floor with lots of light and a lovely marble bath. I would definitely stay there again!

Pros: The staff were excellent. My wife suffered a nasty fall one night when we were out, twisting her knee badly. This resulted in her having to stay in her room for 2 whole days. The concierge provided ice packs and offered the use of a wheel chair around the hotel and the room staff were kindness personified.
Cons: The drinks were very expensive though I guess for a 5 star hotel this is to be expected.

Pros: Very well connected to centre and various points of interest.
Cons: It was cold during the night and even with 2 blankets we could not warm up. Bed was hard and not recommended to people with back problems. Several times at night and very early mornings we heard loud , extended noise, as if someone would move the furniture. It is still a mistery where this noise came from, very unlikely that the hotel guests made it. I would be curious to find out.

Pros: We arrived at around 11:00 in the morning and they were kind enough to give us an "early check-in". Room was really clean and there was a very nice toiletry kit on the bathroom. Nice little restaurants around the area. Although not at city "centre", it was really easy to get around, especially on the red bus. Would recommend Gran Versalles to everyone!

Pros: Recommended. We parked a car there; the garage is a tight fit. Everything else about or room and the assistance we received was simply excellent. We did not dine at the hotel, but only because we had other commitments.

Pros: Loved the location. Far enough from the madness of the tourist locations of Sol and Gran Via yet close enough to a central Metro stop that connects to ALL those locations. We visited The Prado, Reina Sofia, Retiro, Gran Via, Sol, and a handful of great eateries in smaller neighborhoods. Bar Iberia near San Bernardo Metro is an AWESOME local restaurant with delicious food and great value. Staff was very friendly.
Cons: Floor cleaner in bathroom. Mop needed to be rinsed.

Pros: Location is on a crossroads for varying Madrid venues, right in between the Chueca and Salamanca districts. Being in between tourist, business, and evening outings venues makes the hotel a good location if needing to do a little of everything. Although the breakfast is typical of an nh hotel it really is considered excellent as compared with majority of the chains other hotels. Staff is friendly and attentive. The only major problem with this hotel which is really unfortunate, is the terrible sounds emitting from the old water pipes in the building. Very loud and obnoxious sounds get so loud in the morning when other guests are taking showers that makes it impossible to stay sleeping especially if you had a long Madrid night out and need some desperate rest. That problem alone brings down this hotel from a strong 5 star rating to a poor 3 star.
