I cannot get in touch with the branch and no one has contacted me to close my ticket. It is outrageous that I cannot reach someone at the branch on the phone. The automated message literally says “sorry this request cannot be completed”.8.0 Very Good

The location in Denver where I was supposed to pick up my car called me the morning of pickup and left a voicemail saying simply "We don't have your car. Goodbye." After several frantic phone calls, they managed to arrange another car for me but it was very stressful.7.6 Good
