That we eventually received a vehicle.Cons:
Reservation was supposed to be booked for Denver airport but after 3 hrs in line at AVIS discovered rental was for another location that was closed. Agent was able to secure a car at 4x the cost. Should have crossed checked the pickup address but the lack of transparency on the Kayak site is largely to blame. If the initial search is for Denver airport the that is what should be presented. I will never book through Kayak again.8.0 Very Good

The car was dirty, which made it hard to see out the side and back windows, especially when the sun started to go down. I cleaned the back window at a gas station and had to roll down the side windows to see at certain times. This is unsafe and I was disappointed at this aspect.2.0 Poor

Communication is terrible for all Denver locations. I went to multiple, the first stating they don’t have any cars available after I already had a reservation, then travelled to another for it to be closed after already paying. No one could help me with a cancellation.Budget
