Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

I rented a van from Sixt for 5 days. My family was traveling from Denver into the mountains after arriving to the airport. We had to take a train downtown because the booking was not made for the airport. I had called to change this, but they told me it was not possible.... the day we arrived they confirmed the car was ready for pickup. We arrive by 430pm and they inform me there is a hold on my account. I asked what this meant and they informed me ‘they have no access to see why there is a hold and they also would not be able to give me the rental car.’ They told me ‘I had to contact their corporate customer service to resolve this issue’ - but they were closed because it was Sunday afternoon. They left us stranded downtown with no rental car and no explanation as to why they wouldn’t give us the car we prepaid for and had confirmation of reservation.

My drop off time was during closed hours and it would have been nice to have been told what to do when I picked up my car. I ended up having to google it and it was a little stressful

I cannot get in touch with the branch and no one has contacted me to close my ticket. It is outrageous that I cannot reach someone at the branch on the phone. The automated message literally says “sorry this request cannot be completed”.
