Pros: Friendly and accommodating from the start. Even brought us a brand new suv for our trip from fla to ny!

Cons: The pick up and drop off staff were a little aloof and I did not like how the pick up staff seemed offended that we went through priceline. If they don't want people to use outside vendors then they should not use them. Don't dump that on the customers.
Cons: Please wipe the external mirrors when washing. They are always water spotted and hard to see out of. At had bird droppings on it and it had just been washed - but it wasnt washed well enough to get these all the way off.

Cons: Booked rental online for a one way trip from FL to NJ - tried to use my debit card to pay, but they don't accept it for one way...they do not accept cash either. I missed reading the fine print about this, so be careful or you'll get stranded at MCO if you don't have a major credit card. The employees there deal with bullshit every day I'm sure because they were both grumpy.

Lack of good communication and service at MCO
Cons: I arrived early in the morning to find no service rep around. Had to check in on a not so user friendly automated kiosk. After choosing a car I found that there was no one in the check out booths. Had to call National and they told I should go to the Alamo check out booth to exit. Having appropriate signage at checking and checkout outlining what to do when there are no service reps around would save customers a lot of headaches.

Pros: I liked being followed up with actual managers at the Orlando terminal, but it was a day late.
Cons: A lot could have been better. Actually having a car for us to pick up in Orlando when we arrived. When we got there, the line was out the terminal for rental cars. They overbooked more cars than their fleet could handle so we had to take a taxi to Sarasota from Orlando.

Cons: Drop off location should have recorded drop off of car on Saturday. There were employees on the premises directing cars as to where to park, but then instructed us to drop keys in drop-box. Guess those keys were not retrieved until Monday....from Saturday. Won't use again if I have to make a second call to get refund.
Cons: I change the drop off location and because of that they charge me 369$ I was so mad.
Cons: I got to the airport and found out that I had an expired license and no photo-card to prove that I had in fact renewed it. Called my DMV and was told that I could request a certification letter that could be emailed immediately. Manager at desk would not print out paperwork, and told me that they wouldn't accept it anyway, even though this is common practice in these cases. They were completely unaccommodating and dismissive. Went to Alamo two days later and they accepted it (after I had to print it out at my hotel). I know I was at fault for not having the card in the first place, but they could have handled it a lot better.

Cons: When I booked, i put the rental at Sanford Airport, but the I actually had to be transferred to Orlando international, which is 40 minutes away. I didn’t realize that fact because there was only a very small ‘transfer’ section at the bottom of the confirmation email. There was nothing explaining the transfer process throughout the rental form.

Pros: When I was able to get a larger vehicle, we were able to accommodate 6 people and luggage.
Cons: The Hertz remote counter in the parking garage was closed, with a sign directing me to the Gold counter. When I was able to speak to a representative at the Gold counter, they directed me back to the terminal counter.
I requested and pre-paid the rental fees for a full-size SUV. The Hertz counter gave us a Kia Sorento, which is a mid-size crossover/SUV (Kia's web site advertises it as a mid-size). It had a third row seat, but there was not room for 6 people and our luggage. Hertz classified it as a full-size and refused to give us a different vehicle unless we changed the rental choice. I ended up having to pay an additional $289 to rent a Suburban. So, I selected and paid for a full size via Kayak, but Hertz gave me a mid-size, called it a full size, and refused to give me something larger unless I paid more. I would call this a bait and switch, and am really not happy.

Cons: The entertainment options in the car weren’t “premium”. On top of that, it’s transmission is annoyingly jumpy.
The worst part of the rental is that Hertz advertised a rental drop-off location at Weikert Ford DLE (a dealership) in Lake Wales, FL. That location doesn’t exist which sent me 30 minutes out of the way since Hertz wouldn’t send a representative to pick up the car without charging the customer they screwed over. Hertz should update their locations, as this location has been receiving customers for the last couple months, having to turn them all away. This shouldn’t be a continuing issue. It’s not only poor customer service, it’s also fraudulent.

Cons: Dollar needs more markings in the pick up garage or designation of the assigned vehicle on the rental agreement.
Inexcusable that given the limited number of incoming flights and 21st Century technology that Dollar did not know they had many renters arriving at 4pm on a Wednesday. Inadequate check-in staff caused 45+ minute check-in times.

Cons: I waited 70 minutes in line for a pre-paid car upon arrival. Then rushed to get into a compact car that was only remaining car while many people running around to get remaining cars. No staff that night at 7pm. I had paid for a full size. Bad experience all around.
Cons: Worst car rental experience of my life! Landed Saturday evening and there were at least 300 people in line at the Dollar/Thrifty counter with two people working. My family of six was in that line all night long to pick up a car we had already paid for. They ran out of cars and ended up giving us a much smaller vehicle at 6:00 am on Sunday morning. We lost an entire day of vacation and no refund or credit was offered for the time or wrong vehicle. Complete incompetence!

I did not get the car that I reserved for my rental. There was 3 people working for more than 100 people in line and one person left in which made only 2 people working and even longer waits. This was one of the worse pickup I have ever had.

Cons: I waited 70 minutes in line for a pre-paid car upon arrival. Then rushed to get into a compact car that was only remaining car while many people running around to get remaining cars. No staff that night at 7pm. I had paid for a full size. Bad experience all around.
Cons: Worst car rental experience of my life! Landed Saturday evening and there were at least 300 people in line at the Dollar/Thrifty counter with two people working. My family of six was in that line all night long to pick up a car we had already paid for. They ran out of cars and ended up giving us a much smaller vehicle at 6:00 am on Sunday morning. We lost an entire day of vacation and no refund or credit was offered for the time or wrong vehicle. Complete incompetence!

Cons: Agent at desk didn't tell us the truth about tolls in our area. I told him where we would be driving and he told me there're lot of tolls there and we would need sun pass for the tolls.
I threw away 150$ :( would have cost me 6-8$ to pay with cash. He also was trying to tell me my insurance didn't work telling me about some new laws in Florida but gave up when I had it on paper. This agent made sure I never will deal with Advantage again. There were others with us which got car from another company and got a whole different story regarding tolls and insurance.

It was obvious the agent wanted to upcharge and not actually help.
The directions the agent gave go actually get the car was poor. I had to ask multiple people along the way where to go, until I finally found the kiosk in the garage.
The kiosk staff were fine. They did a good job with their tasks.

It did not have enough space for all our luggage and passengers so we had to rent another vehicle from one of their competitors. I did not receive a reduced rate for a lower class of vehicle nor was I given a refund.
Cons: I extended the rental agreement, but instead of charging me my daily rate on the contract, they tripled it and charged me that instead. I filed a complaint ticket yet management is unwilling to fix the problem. Basically they ripped me off.

Everything else went fine, just be prepared for the price to shoot up from what you are expecting to pay.

I told him the we had prepaid for our rental back in July and he interrupted stated "I've heard that 52 times today" with a smirk on his face. Then he got back in his shuttle and shut the doors leaving over 20 customers of Fox rental standing on the curb.
I check with other car rental companies to see if they had a rental available and the ones that did were charging over $90 a day. So I had to pay for a taxi ride into Orlando and then pay for Ubers the entire trip.
I called Kayak and your voice recording indicated that I need to to call Fox Rental to resolve it. When I called Fox Rental I couldn't ever get through. So I email them and received a flippant email back indicating that they don't have my credit card info so they can't give me a refund. They said I had to call Kayak.

And the manager that we spoke to when we returned the car was not listening to our concerns. I will NEVER rent from Fox again. I should have stayed with Hertz. The person I dealt with in person to pick up the car informed me that because of Covid, all toll roads are electronic only and therefore without purchase the e-pass in advance ($9 per day) we would be fined $25 going through the tolls without an e-pass. So I paid the $9 per day and with tax ended up being $34 only to pass 2 toll roads that had people working and cash/credit was being accepted. My wife and I emailed about this dishonesty and we didn't hear back until the last day we were in Orlando were told that if we drove all the way back (30 minutes) to return the e-pass device we would be refunded for that day only.

We were able to finally get an Uber at midnight. Worst company EVER.

If you don’t have those papers which I didn’t and neither did anyone else then you HAVE to purchase their add ons. How convenient for them. So that jacks the price way up. This place wasn’t getting a penny more of my money. We ended up leaving without the car and called an Uber. I wish I had read the reviews online before hand, Looks like everyone who’s ever been there has had an awful experience. Including cars breaking down or losing breaks. They don’t care about you or their establishment and they certainly aren’t maintaining the vehicles. This place needs to be removed from all third party dealers so they can’t take advantage of people anymore.

When I did, they required me to show proof of insurance. I did not have any proof of insurance from my company and I do not care my personal insurance card with me. So I could not get the car unless I purchased their insurance. The car was horrible. It had a bad vibration, it made a horrible noise, the air did not work one time until I figured out the key had to be in the exact right spot for the blower/air to work. It had a hose hanging down below the vehicle. At the end of the week, my 55 dollar rental ended up costing 180 dollars. I always use KAYAK for my rentals....I wish they would pull Priceless Car Rentals off of their site. I will never use Priceless again.

The other clerk got on the phone pretending not seeing other standing clients. Office environment very boring and basic not even a tiny green plant or poster hanging. They also would not let me leave with the car unless I agreed to pay $15 per day for liability insurance even though I had proof of full coverage from my AMEX. DO NOT RENT YOUR CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. One staff member told us we could return the car early and not be charged as much. When we went to return it early that staff person wasn't working and the other staff person told us that there was no way they could do that and the manager also didn't respect what a different employee had told us so we were stuck paying for the car for a few days that we didn't use it. However when I got there the cost went up by $300+. First they claim I can’t use my own sunpass, (I have to rent theirs for $14 a day) ridiculous!. Their insurance cost went from $11 a day to $40, I couldn’t understand why because I’m a safe driver. I did ask if I can use my own insurance, which they refused, claiming I didn’t have enough coverage, but I did have enough to their requirements. The short of this long story is, it will cost you way more than what you’re suppose to pay when you get there! The prices isn’t real, they will find ways to add to your actual cost. I wasn’t the only customer they tried that bs with, 2 other people literally curse the reps out because of their company shady additional prices. If you’re wondering if any of us who was there eventually got a rental afterall, the answer is NO. We all took the shuttle and went to another company.
