It’s a scam. They scammed me on the insurance add on that made the price skyrocket. It’s shameful. I’ve rented cars all over the world and have never been treated like that and straight up lied too!Reviewed 8 Feb 2026

The workers were friendly. The building where you pick up the car looks a little sketchy. We had trouble returning the vehicle due to their lack of not notifying us of their change of the drop off spot. When we arrived at new drop off spot it was closed. We called them again and again for a half hour with no response. It was frustrating because we needed to be at the airport for our flight.Reviewed 4 Feb 2026

The release for the gas cap was broken and I was not able to pry open the gas cap to put gas in the car. The car was given to me that way. I had to wait a couple of hours for roadside assistance, lost half a day and had to change my plans. Also the car was given to me with the tank half-full but was marked as full on the rental agreement. I returned it full to avoid another hassle. The tow truck driver that came for roadside assistance was great. But they charged me for roadside assistance. That should be included in the cost of the car. Thank you.Reviewed 18 Jan 2026
