Hidden fees! The required $25 for amenities I did not use.
I liked the location to fishermans wharf. It was nicely decorated and clean. My son was happy with the parking facilities.
The hotel was kind of hard to find, it was in a high traffic area and we came up on it rather quickly, we had to go into the parking garage before we were able to go check in. Once on the parking level we weren't sure how to get to the lobby. We picked one door to go into, we went down a series of hallways and ended up on the street around the corner from the hotel. It was very large and you could get lost easily.
Great location! Cute courtyard.
The noise from the elevator next to our room.
the family friendly setting, great outdoors facility, lounge area, great activities outdoor catering for family with kids,
Hotel bathrooms need upgrading and cleaning, basin although stainless steel was very stained but still functional..
It was necessary for me to leave one day earlier than anticipated, do to personal reasons. I requested to check out, one day in advance upon checking in, which was three days prior to date. They refused, charging me for the additional day. Seemed unreason
Hotel Zephyr is conveniently located in the Fisherman’s Wharf district on San Francisco Bay. It’s a close three-minute walk to Pier 41, and it’s only five short miles from the Golden Gate Bridge. Given its location, it is fitting that the hotel features a nautical theme throughout the property.
The rooms are well-lit and airy, giving guests the sense of freedom they would feel if they were on a seafaring ship. There are minifridges, coffee makers and smart TVs to round out the experience. Some of the rooms feature balconies on which guests can relax, enjoy the free Wi-Fi and the amazing scenery. The bay lies below, as does the wharf. There are also suites with both one and two bedrooms and these have windows and sitting areas that go from the floor to the ceiling, creating a sense of size that is at once larger than life and comforting.
The hotel has a gym so guests can keep in shape during their stay. When it’s time to just hang out, the hotel’s lounge is the spot. It features contemporary design elements. Guests can head there for a game of pool or they can slip outside to the terrace and enjoy the fire pits and sculptures that decorate the area.
For eats, the Fire and Brew Restaurant offers good food for a variety of palates, and there is a business center as well.
Hotel Zephyr is a nice place to both relax and remain productive while enjoying the amenities.
