We showed up and the company tacked on $250 worth of additional fees and insurances. We had not budgeted for that. We were quoted $230 and paid $470. It was absolutely unbelievable. Additionally, the car was mediocre at best. Will not be renting with this company again.Reviewed 19 Apr 2026

The staff at the Thrifty car rental office were helpful. The car I rented was in the worst shape of any car I have ever rented from any rental company. There were numerous dents, scratches on the exterior and stains on the interior seats. There appeared to be two spare tires on the rental car.Reviewed 18 Feb 2026

The customer service was great. I think the young lady that helped me name was Evelyn. She was very nice and professional. She answered my questions. The rental process was easy. The only improvement would be to improve maintenance on the vehicles. The wiper blades were worn out. This can be dangerous when it rains and driving in St. Thomas.Reviewed 26 Apr 2024
