Our battery died twice. Had to take the car back to the airport. Parking in a St Thomas was awful so it wasn’t worth the money if the rental and we still needed to take cabs to get places that were astronomical. Next time I go to Caribbean it will be an all inclusive.Reviewed 5 July 2024

well, it took 2 hours to get my car; we ordered a luxury SUV and i was given a Nissan Kicks, which is no luxury SUV; i was overcharged initially; had to go back and fix everything. eventually they gave me another SUV (not the dodge durango we asked but a grand jeep); but was not pleasant.Reviewed 21 Jan 2024

We rented an SUV but when we arrived we were told that we’re none available and we’re forced to take a Nissan Altima for 5 adults. I showed the confirmation email to the Hertz team member and she just shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing she could do.
