Easy quick pick up and drop off.Cons:
Everything else. Went through 3 different cars because of issues, that were issues hertz missed. When I called to try to get the new cars I was sent 30-40 minutes away and the correct cars were not available when I showed up. Both road side service and customer service would not call me back. This location then tried to say it was my fault because I called road side service and customer service general number (I was 10 hours away, and they were closed at the time) instead of calling them.2.0 Poor

Our minivan was given away, they gave us an suv that was too small for my family, it had no gas, was not cleaned and smelled like smoke. Front desk was no help.2.0 Poor

Could have been better by actually having a car for me. Avis ran me around saying I didn’t pass a soft credit check. I got my bank on the phone because there is no way I wouldn’t pass. Avis could not tell me why or what they were checking for. I tried to rebook-they had NO CARS IN THE AREA2.0 Poor

There was no attendant for 25 minutes at this location. They also denied renting a vehicle to me after I had called to make sure they accept a debit card. Worse experience. Ended up having to take a flight. I will never rent or recommend Avis -particularly this location 2925 Olive street, saint Louis MO.2.0 Poor
