Pros:Professional staff.Cons:Maybe not sell off cars next time they are sitting around waiting for a pandemic to end. Also maybe not gouge those of us who had to use our airline tickets before they expire and we all show up to Hawaii at once. I guess I’m glad I paid double instead of triple the price, or at least we had a car. Thanks for having a few left. The trip was great. The car was great. The price was not. I hope my donation goes to getting some more cars so I don’t have to worry about it next time. I’d have done the exact same thing if I was in your shoes.Reviewed 6 Apr 2021
