Pick up was easy and the options for car selection was good enough. Upon returning the car rental, we were a bit worry as there was no enough people on site as we were told to just left the key inside the car and left. I was impressed with Hertz especially on pick up. The area had lost power and I thought we would not be able to get our rental vehicle because of this. Hertz was well prepared for this and did all the paperwork manually and pretty darn fast too. Very impressive.Reviewed 20 Dec 2021

What I prepaid at the time of booking on your site was more than $100 more expensive if I had done it on Hertz website a week before my trip. That was not what I expected from your service. Since it was prepaid, the rental company said they can’t do anything about it so cost me an extra $100 by just using your site, nice going😫Reviewed 20 Dec 2021

Pick up was awesome. Why tell me a Jetta or similar when there are no Jetta's only Kia's. Vehicle served it's purpose. At drip off no one wearing masks. I our face trying to get to dash to do is job. I asked him to don a mask and did not. Said, oh I just left it over there, but did not get it and no-one else was wearing masks. Did not proeed to don later. My health is important to me and I want my health to be important Hertz.Reviewed 19 Dec 2021

Pros:Drop off was easy.Cons:There was a massive line of people waiting to pick up their cars and one person at the desk available to help customers. I think it took us two hours of waiting in line to get our car. It was very frustrating and made the price not feel worth it, I would be hesitant to rent with Hertz again in the future.Reviewed 25 May 2021
