The price quoted and paid on Expedia was different than the price I was told to pay at hertz. I had to pay an additional $60 fee which was not disclosed in the booking I made through Expedia.Reviewed 29 Jan 2026

There was no line at the rental desk and my car was already by the booth so I was able to check in and get in the car within 5 minutes! The lady who helped us with our booking was also incredibly nice and gave us some food recommendations.Reviewed 29 Nov 2023

We had to wait about 15 minutes because they were washing the car. That’s about the only thing that was not good.Reviewed 17 Nov 2023

Pick up was easy and the options for car selection was good enough. Upon returning the car rental, we were a bit worry as there was no enough people on site as we were told to just left the key inside the car and left. So make sure to take any dent/scratch/damages when picking up the car.Reviewed 7 Jan 2022

I was impressed with Hertz especially on pick up. The area had lost power and I thought we would not be able to get our rental vehicle because of this. Hertz was well prepared for this and did all the paperwork manually and pretty darn fast too. Very impressive.Reviewed 20 Dec 2021

What I prepaid at the time of booking on your site was more than $100 more expensive if I had done it on Hertz website a week before my trip. That was not what I expected from your service. Since it was prepaid, the rental company said they can’t do anything about it so cost me an extra $100 by just using your site, nice going😫Reviewed 20 Dec 2021

Pick up was awesome. Why tell me a Jetta or similar when there are no Jetta's only Kia's. Vehicle served it's purpose. At drip off no one wearing masks. I our face trying to get to dash to do is job. I asked him to don a mask and did not. Said, oh I just left it over there, but did not get it and no-one else was wearing masks. Did not proeed to don later. My health is important to me and I want my health to be important Hertz.Reviewed 19 Dec 2021
