Pros:Friendly service at the ick-up location; VERY pleased that when I called the 1-800 number to modify my reservation, I actually talked to a real person in under 5 minutes. Overall, Alamo has provided the best rental service that I have experienced in a long time. Will definitely use them again.Cons:The Kansas City location required additional photo IDs (fraud prevention). This didn't affect me, but others may need to be aware of the requirement (which was not advertised in advance).Reviewed 25 Jan 2021
