The car smelled so heavily of cigarette smoke that the windows had to be rolled down at all times. Despite addition signage pledging Enterprises commitment to cleanliness, the car had clearly not been wiped down as there were fingerprints on almost every surface.2.0 Poor

When j arrived to pick up the car, the place closed at 1 ok in a Sunday!! No mention of that during booking. Luck for enterprise to accommodate be at the other facility and provide me with a car. Kayak was no help at all and only provided a false reservation. Did not expect this from themHertz

Overall, nice car & drop off was super easy. We paid for a full standard car and they provided a small SUV, which was appreciated. Price was way more of a value than picking up a rental from the airport.Cons:
A little confusing finding the Hertz desk - we didn’t realize it was located on the 3rd floor of the Marriott. Would recommend them adding Marriott hotels to the address line.2.0 Poor

When arriving at Hertz at the Tampa airport, and waiting inline only to find my reservation was for another Hertz across town. Hertz moved my reservation to the airport location but I had to pay 3 times the amount. Pay attention to the rental address when you book!2.0 Poor

The staff was very helpful and the office was clean. They came out and helped me hook up my blue tooth when I asked. Very friendly.Cons:
My car was dirty and smelled pretty bad from a smoker. They did give it a quick wash for me, but the smell lasted for my whole trip.6.0 Okay

Car was supposed to be at airport in Tampa. Find out some how my reservation was for Tampa 5 miles away. Had to take a taxi from airport to car rental place 10 mins away. And wanted to charge us 160$ at airport when we booked for 40$. And this car is not in good running condition.2.0 Poor

Phone number to National did not work so unable to stay in touch when I needed to talk to someone in the office. Car not ready when I arrived (person helping me went and cleaned it himself, so that was helpful), printer not working so no paperwork to take with me. I put in TPA for airport and was given an offsite location. I thought I was renting from airport and went there first. Big disruption to my plans. Ultimately my fault for not paying attention to the address, but also very confusing process that I was clear I wanted airport.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
My drop off location was at an unmarked office downtown Tampa by the convention center. I drove around in crazy traffic for half an hour looking for the drop off location. I eventually learned I had to go to the valet parking area of the Embassy Suites building. The city doesn't allow any signs or markings. THERE REALLY SHOULD HAVE BEEN A NOTE SOMEWHERE IN THE PAPERWORK.Avis

Cons:
The pick up time was nearly an hour. I had to wait for the attendant to return to the store and unlock the door. The process took forever. Then she had to go somewhere and het the car and wash it and bring it around which took another 30 minutes.10.0 Wonderful

Picked up a Jeep Cherokee in Tampa and the service at the pick up counter was friendly, professional and polite. Returned the Jeep at the airport and it was fast and easy. Makes you wonder why all car rentals company are not like this.10.0 Wonderful
