Pros:

Drop off was easy.

Cons:

The little economy car I received was uncomfortable. But the biggest complaint I have is that it was booked at the wrong location. I asked for airport pickup. They did find me a car, but charged me almost double. Very unhappy.

Pros:

We thought we had booked at TPA, but actually had booked 7 miles away. We were not upset until the TPA desk told us there were no cars at that location and we needed to book one from him at $500 more. We called the Enterprise help desk and they were no help. We finally got around the automated phone system and spoke with our pickup location. They said they had cars coming in and they would guarantee a vehicle if we could get there by 5 pm. We easily ubered over and the workers there were awesome.

Cons:

Customer service and a TEAM approach within your franchise. The airport clearly was trying to bait and switch not help in any way. The car terribly smelled of smoke.

Pros:

I looked to rent a car at the Tampa airport office, but I don't know why they gave make my reservation in another office so when I arrived to rent the car at the Tampa Airport office the agent did not find my reservation and when I gave him the confirmation of my reservation, he told me that it was in another office and that they could not help me there, to go to another agency, which meant that I stayed longer at the Airport with to young kids.

I thought the agent should help me to find a car, because I made my reservation on the same agency, diferent location but the same agency

The Staff was friendly.

I arrived at 9:30 AM for a 9:00 AM reservation and I did not pull out of there until 12:30PM. They did not have cars available or ready for reservations. I understand that the inside of the car needs to be cleaned and disinfected but when it is raining they do not need to be washed. They also did not offer any type of Toll pass and failed to let me know they would be closed upon my returning the rental. This is exactly why I stopped renting from Enterprise. I will make sure that I do not use them from now on.

Pros:

Overall, nice car & drop off was super easy. We paid for a full standard car and they provided a small SUV, which was appreciated. Price was way more of a value than picking up a rental from the airport.

Cons:

A little confusing finding the Hertz desk - we didn’t realize it was located on the 3rd floor of the Marriott. Would recommend them adding Marriott hotels to the address line.

Cons:

When arriving at Hertz at the Tampa airport, and waiting inline only to find my reservation was for another Hertz across town. Hertz moved my reservation to the airport location but I had to pay 3 times the amount. Pay attention to the rental address when you book!

The vehicle was only 1/4 full of gas. I had to go back inside to agent at pickup to note this ((it should have been noted to me !!!)). At drop off I told this to person checking in the vehicle, I filled with gas and 1/2 remained, BUT I was still charged for gas. Unacceptable.

Pros:

Yes but When I booked the trip on line, I thought it was at the airport. When I went to the Budget counter after waiting 45 minutes, I found out that it was off site and had no way to get there. The woman was friendly, but said I could rent there. It was not going to be $200 anymore, but an additional $113 more. With no other option, we felt we had to take it. It was upsetting.

The original price was honored.

Pros:

Pick-up was a nightmare. Location: 4664 West Gandy Blvd. Suite 2, Tampa, FL 33611 This is a privately owned location and the proprietor IS running a racket. I was dropped off by a relative to pick up my vehicle. I observed the attendant telling the customers ahead of me that he was out of stock on the car they had booked and so they would have to upgrade to a different model vehicle. When it came to be my time, he tried the same thing, claiming he was out of the economy car that I had reserved online through the booking system. I told him I could not afford to upgrade, nor is it the customer's fault that he was out of the proper vehicles as he "claimed." I also saw a car outside that was the make and model which I was supposed to get, so he was obviously withholding. I called AVIS. They said I could try elsewhere and they'd reimburse me if the charge was less. I booked through Enterprise just in case. Little did I know Enterprise was a quarter of the mile down the road. The attendant at AVIS should have had the courtesy to tell me. Stranded, I waited. The attendant took his time with other customers. I WAITED 2.5 HOURS for him to give me the vehicle that was sitting in the front parking lot! I HAD TO ASK HIM WHO IT WAS FOR -- he said someone had prepaid and was supposed to pick it up before he closed at 2:00 p.m. It was a Saturday so he closed early. First of all, the customer who is present is always served, not some person who "might" show up. Also, I saw him scam a young couple who came in to pick up their reservation. He told them he was out of the car they had booked and they needed to upgrade! I nice additional 200 dollars or more. He should have comped the upgrade. The customer is NEVER penalized because the company runs out of cars (which was a lie). This service is terrible. Again, I witnessed the owner pull this scam on four different customers. He didn't want to give me the car because he knew I'd gotten a good deal and I was holding my ground. At one point he became condescending when I told him that I'd been waiting 2.5 hours and to wait on me instead of taking another customer. He ignored me! I then asked, "Why are you ignoring me?!" He then said, "You're the one who wouldn't upgrade!" I told him I shouldn't have to; that it wasn't ethical. I insisted I get the car that was waiting outside. He was not happy. He gave it to me completely dirty. It hadn't been vacuumed or sanitized. I took pictures. Send in a secret shopper to see what he is pulling. FYI: He loves to talk and comes across as friendly--it's an act! He needs to be reported because it is not fair to customers or AVIS/BUDGET.
