The car smelled so heavily of cigarette smoke that the windows had to be rolled down at all times. Despite addition signage pledging Enterprises commitment to cleanliness, the car had clearly not been wiped down as there were fingerprints on almost every surface.2.0 Poor

When j arrived to pick up the car, the place closed at 1 ok in a Sunday!! No mention of that during booking. Luck for enterprise to accommodate be at the other facility and provide me with a car. Kayak was no help at all and only provided a false reservation. Did not expect this from themHertz

Cons:
It took forever for me to get the car. There were two people in the office and about eight people in the lobby. The gentleman moved with absolutely no urgency. After about an hour of waiting for the car, we finally got it. The car had break suspension issues, So it shook really badly anytime you hit the brakes...Definitely not good when you’re on the freeway doing 70. Something was also wrong with the electrical system so the radio display would continually go off and then reboot. This deathtrap cost me $675 for four days...did I mention it was a Corolla? I will never again...2.0 Poor

small office- one guy working and answering phones before helping the customers who waited a long time, second guy finally showed up approx 45 min laterCons:
car was filthy, outside and inside. Was parked under a tree and he blamed the tree but lots of bugs on the front so it definitely wasn't cleaned. never rented a car and received such a dirty one before. The guy did offer to take it to the airport and wash it but that would of taken an hour so I accepted it dirty2.0 Poor

My reservation was cancelled by Hertz less than 24 hours before my scheduled pick up. They said there were not any cars due to customers extending their reservations. Our reservation had been made more than 4 weeks prior. We had to take a $300 Lyft to get to where we were going. Thanks a lot Hertz. Great customer service (sarcasm). We will never use Hertz again.10.0 Wonderful
