Cons: The bathroom was outdated. Bathroom floor blue tiles and shower curtain were dirty. Carpet floor looked dirty. 2 dusty closets I WAS DISAPPOINTED

Cons: The entire hotel to include the non smoking floor smells like Cigarettes

Cons: I don't like the Parkin garage. N checking area is confusing. Not a lot of food options in the casino but not bad.

Cons: Requested rooms together, they said it would be a problem...they did not keep that promise.

Cons: The bathroom in our room only had a very small shower stall.

Cons: Their was red stuff ( blood ) on one of the bathroom walls & shower curtain. We called down to house keeping, and no one came up. We left a note on the bathroom sink and they still did not clean it off. When we went for dinner I stopped at the front desk and asked them if they could have someone take care of it. When we got back they had finally cleaned it. They took off the shower curtain off and did not put a different one up. I called housekeeping and they did not bring up a clean curtain. We still did not have one up when we left. The bathrooms were out dated. No counter for my wife it do her makeup.

Cons: Old, worn-down rooms and bathrooms. Bath instead of shower. More expensive than the one next door (Taj) which is a much nicer room, floor-to-ceiling windows, modern, updated and cheaper.

Cons: The room decor seemed a little dated, but that was the least of my worry. There was a mouse in our room (not that a mouse would hurt anything, we just didn't want it to get into our suitcases and food) and the front desk was more than willing to switch our rooms. Not that I was worried about it, but I figured there may have been a little compensation, but we can't control nature.

Cons: Check in is late. We requested an early check in because our daughter needs to nap after going on the beach and before our 6:oo dinner reservation . Also a sign that there is a food court would be good to put in the lobby. Did not realize it was there.

Cons: Not as many gaming tables and slots as the other hotel casinos. The fast food did not settle well either time we tried it (pizza place and soup place. BOOKED A KING SUITE AND WAS GIVEN A QUEEN WALL BED. Same price as all the others, but less for your money.

Cons: Rooms were very dated and the overall hotel part of Resorts looked very old! I'm also still surprised that there are still hotels which don't offer a free Wifi, because these days even small motels offer it!

Cons: Was screwed out of the King size room in the ocean tower that I chose specifically to be near friends in that tower in a king bed. Was given a queen bed in the Rendevous tower, far from our friends. Our bed was only a queen. For $53 PLUS the $20 in taxes PLUS the $10 resort fee- I feel ripped off. Don't let people book rooms if the hotel doesn't have them available!

Cons: No promotions or comps that would make me stay here instead of another hotel

Cons: Small gaming floor, because there where limited tables open the tables where crowded. How can you play roulette with people on top of you. At 9pm I think that more than four roulette tables should be open, we walked around for an hour or two until there was room. I was going to leave....

Cons: Room not stocked, lamp broken, both room card keys disabled requiring trip to desk and charges for pool and parking. For a relatively expensive "resort" I was very disappointed in the rooms and particularly with the service.

Cons: They definitely need a gym in the gym.

Cons: I was not able to leave my home to travel to Atlantic City because it snowed 6 inches. I called the hotel early that morning to advise it was snowing where I live, and due to weather I wanted to at least reschedule this day to the following weekend. It was my fiancé birthday. We had reservations at Carmine's (which I also had to cancel). I was disappointed that no accommodation was made or even suggested. It was supposed to be a great time, but due to unforseen situation it wasn't. I just wanted to move the date to the following weekend, but the hotel was adamant that was not an option. There goes our celebration because I don't have any additional money to reserve for another room. And I am really disappointed that we could not enjoy or even experience a stay at your hotel.

Cons: The room had no cell reception, the toilet didn't work, there was no ventilation and wifi was useless.

Cons: The fact that people next to us were screaming in the very early morning hours and we thought they were going to break thru the locked adjoining door. We called downstairs and it stopped for a few minutes only to resume again.

Cons: The location was much further away then I had anticipated but it was still manageable

Cons: You get what you pay for, a bit overpriced. Bed wasn't the most comfortable. Tv was really small. They charge you if you want an extra bed. Walls are thin, so you can easily hear what's going on outside

Cons: My room smelled like mold. Carpet felt wet from humidity or mold or something. I really hoped for better here but it simply wasn't a clean comfortable feeling.

Cons: The hotel is relatively dated looking, with old fixtures, and an even older elevator and decor. The hallway of the floor we stayed on (5) smelled like cigarettes and weed, not very strongly but noticeably. The general clientele seemed...it wouldn't necessarily be great for families. But then again, neither is AC. If you've got kids take them somewhere nicer lol.

Cons: The location was excellent and right on the boardwalk

Cons: the bedsheets where stiff and a bit uncomfortable. When leaving, the housekeeping crew had a pile of sheets in the hallway, on the floor, instead of in a laundry cart. It was an odd eyesore, but nothing to raise a complaint about.

Cons: We tried three different times to place room service orders. Two were late at night and no one even answered, we just stayed on hold continuously until our phone got cut off. The third was during one afternoon and they gave us the wrong order.

Cons: Check in is horrible. 45 mins on line on a Saturday. We complained and were told it's like that every weekend. Almost missed our dinner reservation because of it. Stressful way to start. The whole lobby and casino smells horribly of cigarette smoke. There is terrible separation of non smoking and smoking sections. This really was a bad issue. Rooms not bad but not great. If you get a really good price it's ok but we spent almost $400 a night and DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THAT. Go to Borgata for that price instead. Lesson learned for us.

Cons: Several issues arose during the course of our overnight stay at Bally's: --Check-in time was quite late: 4pm. After arriving in the city several hours before this, I called Bally's to ask if I could check in early and was told by a girl named "Tracy/Tracie" that as long as I checked in after 1pm, no additional fee would be charged. I arrived at 2pm and after two employees conferred behind a closed door regarding my early check-in, one returned to tell me that no one by the name of Tracy/Tracie worked for Bally's, and that I wouldn't be allowed to check in early without paying $15. I skipped early check-in and didn't appreciate being lied to. --The $27 resort fee did not include pool usage, so what were we paying a resort fee for?! I understand that most casino-esque hotels charge a resort fee; I've stayed in Atlantic City and Las Vegas hotels plenty of times to know this. But this is the first time I felt the resort fee was quite high, yet didn't cover anything. --The beds in our Bally's Tower hotel room both had visible indentations in them, which didn't make for an especially comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the room appeared incredibly dated, and the carpeting in the actual casino never appeared clean. And another (likely inebriated) hotel patron broke a beer bottle in the hallway outside of our room the night of our stay and there were glass shards everywhere. It still wasn't cleaned up when we left the next afternoon. There was also a room service tray in the middle of the hallway from another patron's room service dinner that sat there for the duration of our stay. It blocked most of the hallway and looked sloppy; I couldn't believe it wasn't picked up within 2 - 3 hours after their dinner! --Check-out was atrocious. The line was so long due to it including a mixture of people checking in and checking out. It took THIRTY MINUTES of standing in line before I was able to complete the two minute check-out process. I stayed at the Borgata the night before my stay at the Bally's and they were incredibly efficient with check-in/check-out since they employed three times the number of hotel representatives. The line moved very fast in the Borgata, and I didn't realize I should appreciate that until experiencing check-out at Bally's.

Cons: - place is a dump - In my opinion, the slot machines have gotten progressively tighter and tighter... to the point where you just have a miserable experience at this place - the casino floor is extremely smoky - they do not update their machines, they are old, outdated, the screens are faded, they do not have the newest games - their touch screens are also outdated and don't work well honestly, too many bad qualities to list. I'm a total rewards diamond member and I've noticed the value/quality/experience getting worse and worse over the years... but this last trip finally did it for me... won't be back.

Cons: I didn't like the long wait in line to check in, the previous guests were taking the long time. Our room was in Dennis tower, and it didn't have any natural light, since the window was facing the wall of some back building, and it was covered with protective film. Thank god our stay was for only 1 night otherwise we would feel depressed in that room, it is like a dangeon. Also the walls are very thin, at night I could hear the TV in the room ACROSS from our room, and in the morning I could hear the housekeeping staff talking on the phone (or with each other) NON-STOP in the room next to ours. I normally sleep well and don't have a problem with noises but that was too much even for me.

Cons: Cleaning staff was lazy & the breakfast was pretty cheap.

Cons: - The WiFi was not working and after calling and complaining at first they said there was no problem with it and then they said they were working on fixing the issue. After they said it was fixed we couldn't connect to the internet half the time with a dial-up speed, - The room service staff didn't fix our bed and they didn't leave enough towel, and when we called the reception they said we need to go to the front desk to pick up more towels. - When we arrived cars were blocking the inside row of the parking spots and the reception worker had insisted on charging us $30 for the 3 nights in advance, the next day there were available spots and cars had parked in the inside row. Big rip-of .

Cons: There were little details that needed to be gone over; like the cigarette butt in the elevator and receipt from a previous guest. The phone didn't work, it was very crackly and I wasn't understood when I tried to make a call to a cab company. I told the front desk to put me on a "do not clean" list because ot was too windy for the "Do Not Disturb" hanger to stay on my door, but they never passed the message and I got woken up by housekeeping. The breakfast was good my first 2 days, but ib the last one it was missing the waffkw makers and sasuage and eggs leaving guests with only sugary, starchy food and some fruit for breakfast with no protein.

Cons: Issue with booking my room. I booked about 4 weeks in advance, received multiple confirmation numbers but when I went to check in, their system said I had no booked room. Still was able to stay as they had openings but if they didnt, I would have had to find last minute lodging. Hotel's outward appearance is not a reflection of it's interior. Was never able to connect to hotels free wi-fi.

Cons: The beeping of taxis really takes this from an excellent to below excellent hotel.

Cons: MY ROOM WASN'T READY WHEN IO ARRIVED I ARRIVED A HOUR LATE MY ROOM SHOULD OF BEEN READY THAT'S THE ONLY PART I DISLIKED

Cons: If you are looking for a quiet hotel to go to bed early and not hear anyone outside your room then this probably isn't your place. But if you are looking to go experience AC nightlife and go back to your room late and not pay a lot of money then this is your spot

Cons: The room was in poor condition. The walls were paper thin. There were people up till around 5am blasting music in both adjacent rooms. Barely got any sleep. I would never recommend this place to anyone or ever stay there again.

Cons: The guest policy. If you wanted to have a friend in your room for any part of your stay, even just to hang out for a small period of time, you had to pay for them. Parking lot was small. I did not park here (parked at the Tropicana), but it looked like you would get parked in in certain spots.

Cons: The only thing was the honking of the cars in the late nights hard to fall asleep.

Cons: Although I didn't have a problem parking, parking is scarce and I could see it being a problem if you check in to late

Cons: This hotel it's the dirtiest I've ever seen! There's big bed bugs, the bed sheets are dirty with a lot of holes from the cigarets (in a non-smoking room), it smells horrible and there's barely space to go to the disgusting restroom. DON'T STAY THERE!

Cons: Bathroom lights won't work in the first room offered. Moved to one that had functional bathroom light but other lights didn't work, also the TV remote was not working; not very clean.
