Even though they were very busy on a Sunday, they expedited people through relatively quickly and my car was had just got a fresh detail. Great attitudes. frimCons:
We rented a convertible for a long trip and although we had nice time and enjoyed the top down experience, a roomier car may have been a better choice. No issues with Enterprise as they are my go to rental company for almost all my business and personal trips.9.6 Wonderful

Cons:
Overall we had a great experience. The car was excellent and we received great value for our rental dollar. The agency in Portland closes at 3:00 and we barely made it by that deadline. That may be the reason, but the customer service and professional attitude of the agency was lacking. I would still use Enterprise in Portland because overall the deal for a good car was a great value.7.2 Good

Pick was difficult because they demanded to see my flight itinerary and flight confirmation # to guarantee I would bring the vehicle back. Someone else had booked the flight, so I wasn't prepared for that, but it worked out. Just a heads up, if you use a "debit" card, have proof of your flight planHertz

At drop off I was automatically charged $184 for gas refill. My initial estimate for the rental was $129.00 for 2 days. $184 for a tank of gas? Had to make an extra stop to the customer service desk just to get it credited. What a waste of time to be a preferred member. Never again.4.4 Mediocre
