Cons:

I had to cancel my flight due to covid. I couldn’t access my car rental info to cancel it. There were no email to let me know prior to my cancelled trip. I hope I’m not being billed for it. Thank you Forrest

Kyle provided excellent service. Picking up my car and getting all the necessary paperwork handled was seamless. Kyle was professional but also very friendly and great to talk to. I was very impressed.

Pros:

We cancelled the reservation while standing in the long line at the airport. We would have waited about 1 1/2 hrs. The problem was that they didn't have enough cars ready for the people waiting to pick them up. Went over to Avis counter - no line, AND we got a much better deal!

Cons:

Having the cars ready so that there wouldn't be a very long wait! (I estimate based on 30 people in front of us that it would have been about 1 1/2 hr wait.

People mover

Staff were inept. There is zero customer parking. Staff were rude. They refused to accept my ID. I was forced to Uber to a different Avis and make a new reservation at a higher rate.

Intermediate SUV

Flight was delayed, the budget employee called saying to pick up the car from the airport instead because they would be closed. He said he told them and reserved us a car. We got there and no car was saved and no communication. We ended up having to pay budget $500+ more in the reservation for the car. Which was dirty, trash left in the car.

Pros:

No the place we rented from is no longer in business. And yet you still took our money and sent us to that location. Apparently our time and money is worthless? We had to uber to a second hertz and have them rent us a car.

Cons:

actually rent cars from locations that still exist. Despicable business practice.
